1. Eligibility

Missed or failed payments may result in late fees and/or automatic suspension or revocation of access to the Services. Continued failure to remit payment may lead to permanent termination of access and legal action for the outstanding balance.

5. No Refund Policy

By purchasing or enrolling in any of our Services, you expressly agree that you are not entitled to a refund, regardless of:

• A change of mind, change of heart, or change of belief
• A change in personal, financial, or professional circumstances
• Religious, spiritual, or moral reasons
• Any subjective dissatisfaction with the program content or outcomes
• Non-usage or incomplete participation

Participation in the program confirms your acceptance of this no-refund policy in full. We reserve the right to enforce this policy strictly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, graphics, trademarks, designs, videos, documents, and other assets within the Services are the sole property of AmanJKD or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any content without our express written permission.

7. SMS & Communication Consent

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages related to our Services. This includes transactional updates, account notifications, and marketing content.

• Frequency: Up to 10 messages/month
• To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message
• Message and data rates may apply

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AmanJKD makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliability. Results are not guaranteed and may vary based on individual effort and application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmanJKD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AmanJKD, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct deemed harmful to others or AmanJKD.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through good faith mediation, which may be conducted via online video conferencing. If mediation fails, legal proceedings shall take place in Dubai, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
